Order ProcessingOrders are processed throughout the business day. Orders placed during the day will be processed as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please email or telephone 1-866-666-1935 immediately. If you choose to refuse receipt of a shipped order your refund amount will be solely for the merchandise less any restocking fee if applicable.
There are occasions when we run out of stock or an item persists on the page after it has been discontinued. If this happens we will inform you of the outage and prompt you for a response to either short ship and cancel the balance, double ship, or cancel the order.
Order CancellationOrders cancelled prior to shipping will be refunded in the full amount. Orders cancelled after shipping will be eligible for a merchandise refund upon return of the items.
Order StatusOrders are sent out by a variety of shippers. When possible we endeavor to provide you with tracking information. Certain dropship items from our vendors and factories will not send tracking info to the end user. Please call us at 1-866-666-1935 or email email@example.com to find your info. Be prepared to leave us a telephone number or email address.
ShippingWe use UPS as our primary shipping agent. We also provide shipping using the post office and other parcel carriers and trucking agencies. Each of these has benefits and limitations. If you have a preference let us know in the comment area or call directly so we can accommodate you.
ReturnsAll returns require prior authorization. Call or email us and we will provide a Return Goods Authorization number. Refunds, replacements or store credit will not be issued without approval. We require a copy of your invoice along with any returned merchandise. Not all items may be returned. we sell a wide variety or products and return policies vary. You have 30 days from delivery to inform us of intention to return an item. Unopened merchandise in original packaging is eligible for return and refund. Credit for some items may be withheld until credit is approved by the manufacturer. Shipping costs for returned items is the responsibility of the customer. Opened items will be subject to inspection and restocking fee or parts replacement costs. Returned Spray Equipment will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. No Equipment refunds beyond 30 days after receipt. Wallpaper orders are subject to a minimum 25% a restocking fee. Special Mixed colors will not be returned but may be eligible for replacement of the same color and finish. CHOOSE CAREFULLY.
Payment ProcessingO-Gee uses Paypal for online purchases. Telephone orders are processed through our Merchant Services to assess payment for goods.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Orders may also be paid through Paypal with a Request for Money or bank transfer. Orders are typically not invoiced until they are ready to ship. Special Order items require collecting payment in advance. If difficulties with your credit card occurs, we will email or call to inform you. Your order will remain on hold for approximately 2 weeks. If we have not heard from you in the interim your order will be cancelled. Orders of goods using bank to bank funds transfer will only be processed after we receive confirmation from our bank. Details for Bank to Bank funds transfers will be given upon request.
Taxes & DutiesO-Gee Paint is required to collect Florida State sales tax for all items delivered within the state of Florida. The only exception is for items delivered to an export company for shipment outside the United States or businesses who have presented us with their Resale Certificate.. It is the customers responsibility to declare and pay state and local taxes for merchandise delivered to areas outside Florida. Import taxes and/or customs duties for products shipped outside the US are the sole responsibility of the customer.
