COROTECH V163 Waterborne Epoxy Block Filler is a high solids epoxy block filler that can be cleaned up with soap and water. This product withstands repeated cleanings with high pressure water and can be topcoated with most generic type coatings. This two-component epoxy will provide the required filling properties on coarse masonry, brick walls or concrete block. It will also provide the bonding properties needed to support any two component product when used on high abuse surfaces, high moisture areas or below grade applications. It has a useable pot life of 6 to 8 hours at 700F. This product is not for immersion service and can be used on floors only if topcoated with a suitable floor coating. As with all epoxies, this product will chalk and yellow when exposed to ultraviolet light. Therefore, exterior applications should be topcoated.

This is a two-component product that requires 1 part of the V163-01 "A" Component mixed with 1 part of the V163-90 "B" Component. Do not mix partial kits.

Intended for use on coarse masonry, brick and concrete walls. It can be used in food processing plants, bottling plants, water & waste treatment plants, pulp & paper mills, fertilizer plants, daries, power plants, auto wash facilities and sugar mills.
