Provides a durable finish that penetrates and seals the surface, while providing excellent resistance to surface powdering, foot and vehicle traffic, and common stains.

This non-yellowing clear finish enhances the color of the surface and resists the effects of UV light and weathering.

Ideal for use as a clear finish over Richard's 500 series Bond-Crete.

Applies easily by brush, roller or low pressure spray.
