Since their launch in 2016, the original Titan Red Series guns the RX-Pro and RX-80 have been manufactured using a set of screws, one long and one short, to fasten the trigger to the gun body. While this was the same design that previous generations of guns used (LX-80 II; G10-XL), we have occasionally received complaints that these screws would loosen and fall out of the gun during use.

In response to those complaints, Titan has updated the fasteners used to secure the trigger of the RX-Pro and RX-80 to the gun. Earlier in 2019, guns began being manufactured using a pin and ring clip.

Titan now has a new service part to be used to service any RX-Pro and RX-80 gun with the previous short/long screw design model guns. PN# 2405986 can now be ordered which will come with both the new pin and ring clip.
